Navigating the beauty isle is difficult, especially in a world brimming with endless options. Nobody wants to waste time on a lackluster product. But, occasionally, we find those standout items we can’t wait to recommend.
Here are some of my favorite beauty buys that I’ve recently tried and come to love:
1. Neutrogena Body Oil, Light Sesame Formula ($10.49).
I’ve talked about my love for body oils on the blog before. They feel luxurious and provide the perfect amount of moisture straight out of the shower. A product I lust after (Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse) is a French pharmacy favorite, but hard to come by here at home. Neutrogena’s body oil made from a sesame formula is light, non-greasy, and affordable. After slathering on a slew of other products, this one is surely one of my favorites and one that I look forward to repurchasing.
2. Derma E Overnight Peel with Alpha Hydroxy Acids($18.75).
Alpha hydroxy acids are great for removing dead skin cells as well as firming and smoothing skin. This overnight peel by natural skincare line Derma E isn’t drying and left my face feeling bright and refreshed. Another bonus? It’s a budget buy!
SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic Combination Treatment is a well-known product with a long-standing reputation and rave reviews. The anti-aging serum is loaded with antioxidants and protects skin against free radicals. But, it comes with a steep price tag. So, I was delighted to find this Timeless Skincare serum with the same ingredient list at a fraction of the cost.
